Los Macuanos are polishing their first release titled Ritmo de Amor EP; in the meantime, they plan to release a single later on this month, and have also announced a remix for Ceci Bastida. These two guys from Tijuana (both named Moisés) are one of the year’s bands to watch, get a taste of their music in this 22-minute promo mix titled “El Fin.” It has been released by New Other Thing, a wacky but very cool label by the sensational Lucky Dragons. Moih H (Kixly) was recently selected to participate at this year’s Red Bull Music Academy, joining Juan Son and Le Butcherettes’ Teri Gender Bender as the three Mexican participants.
